SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2-7 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is lost in transit. For remote/rural areas, the delivery might take more time.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the nature and quantity of product, we do not allow returns. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However the cancellation will not be possible if the shipping process has been initiated. We wish to provide the best service to our customers. If your order didn't get completed and have not received the order confirmation number even after 2 hours after the time of order, kindly get in touch with our support team and report the issue. This could be due to technical error or network issues, however customer has the full right to claim the full amount deducted, if any. The order will be either processed as per the availability or if customer requests, the deducted amount will be refunded to their account. Kindly allow 10-14 days for the amount to get refunded into your account.
