WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our customers can pay online on our website. During checkout, the customer will be directed to the payment gateway page for various payment methods.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, due to the nature and quantity of product, we do not allow returns. However you can contact our team at info@stozo.in and we will try our best to rectify your issue. Whereas the home decor product can be return incase of any defect within 3 days of receiving the shipment. The amount will be refunded to your account.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY?

If ordered before 12.00 pm, the products will be dispatched on the same day. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 1-2 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. For remote/rural areas, the delivery might take more time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We wish to provide the best service to our customers. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However the cancellation will not be possible if the shipping process has been initiated

I AM NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED. WHAT DO I DO?

No. At present, we do not deliver outside India.
